The Clan Terms and Conditions

By registering on the Demons From The Deep Forums you accept that you are not to break any rules set by the Forum Staff as doing so will result in action against your forum account (and clan status if necessary).
We at Demons From The Deep cannot condone or be held responsible for any conversations that take place between Clan Members, outside of our Official Forums. Players are protected by Jagex’s Rules ingame and on our Forums, but we cannot monitor or be held responsible for what happens between Clan Members in other venues such as 3rd Party Messenger Programs. The safety of our Members is our #1 priority and we make every effort to ensure that the Forums are a safe environment for all of our Members. While we are not responsible for any conversations taking place outside of the Forums, anyone who feels that inappropriate conversations are taking place are encouraged to report it a member of staff (using the Report button if possible please) with evidence so we can review the situation.
The Administrators reserve the right to remove your ability to post and also reserve the right to delete your Forum Account at anytime if they deem necessary.

Please remember that we are not responsible for any messages posted. We do not vouch for or warrant the accuracy, completeness or usefulness of any message, and are not responsible for the contents of any message. The messages express the views of the author of the message, not necessarily the views of this Clan.
Any user who feels that a posted message is objectionable is encouraged to contact us immediately by using the Report feature around the Forums.
We have the ability to remove objectionable messages and we will make every effort to do so, within a reasonable time frame, if we determine that removal is necessary. You agree, through your use of these Forums, that you will not use these Forums to post any material which is knowingly false and/or defamatory, inaccurate, abusive, vulgar, hateful, harassing, obscene, profane, sexually oriented, threatening, invasive of a person's privacy, or otherwise violative of any law. You agree not to post any copyrighted material unless the copyright is owned by you or by this Forum.
If you are under the age of 13, then we ask that you do not admit your age on our Forums. When you register an Account, please ensure that you select "Completely hide birthday from public viewing" from the 3 options available. This will save an Administrator changing this after you have registered. When you turn 13, you are more than welcome to then edit your Forum Profile to show your Birthday as you wish. This has been implemented due to the Children's Online Privacy Act which is to protect the privacy of children under the age of 13.
Please be aware that the Forum Administrators reserve the right to remove any Member from these Forums if they see necessary.
