If there are any issues, whether it be a post on the forums, or a private message sent to you, then please use the Report button to report it to the Clan Leaders. Please note that reporting a particular private message will only show us that message, not the entire PM conversation. View Forum Rules | Return to Menu | Terms and Conditions |

Following the RuneScape Rules of ConductWe support the rules of RuneScape and we promote that every member of this clan follows the rules within the game. If we discover that any member has broken the rules within the game we will take appropriate action which can result in warnings and if necessary, a ban from the clan. We do not expect any discussions on the forums or ingame (in the CC) that promotes rule breaking.Event AttendanceAll Clan Members must attend at least 3 Events with the Clan a Month for you to remain in the Clan. If you do not attend 3 Events each Month, you will no longer be a Member. Please note that if you have posted in the Leaving/Absent? Forum of your absence, then this does not apply, neither does it apply if there are no Events in a Month. But you must state that you will be absent for a while so you are not deemed as an Inactive Member.Clan Citadel Resource CollectionYou must ensure that you collect your resources for the Citadel each week, whatever the Resource Cap may be for the week we're on. If you're unable to reach your share for a certain week then please contact a Leader to explain. It's important that every Member does their part to make it fair for all.Forum ActivityAll Members are required to participate in Forum discussions and should make 1 or more posts each week. If it has been more than a month since your last post, you will be notified that your membership status has been set to 'Inactive", and you will be removed from the roster of current members. If you have posted in the Leaving/Absent? Forum of your Absence, then it doesn't apply as you have notified us you are not going to be active for however long. If you have gone inactive and wish to be reactivated, please make a post on the Forums to request that. |

Clan AbsenceWithout trying to create a strict policy we feel it necessary to lay down a few ground rules, to help prevent issues that have occured in the past with Members leaving the Clan, and hopefully stop issues occuring in the future. Each case can be considered individually, but these 'ground rules' will help to establish what we generally feel is acceptable...Posting in the Clan Absence Forum will stop you from being considered inactive. We run Monthly checks on Forum & Event activity, but if you have posted in the Clan Absence Forum you will be excluded from these. Those who haven't posted but are not meeting our guidelines on Forum and Event activity (above) will be contacted personally about their inactivity. This is to help us keep an eye on numbers. You will keep your 'Clan Member' status while you are away unless you are away for a significantly longer time than you estimated, in which we will use our discression and most likely contact you to enquire about the absence, and temporarily set you to 'Retired' rather than 'Inactive' until your return. |
Clan ResignationsIf your intentions are to only to retire from DFTD and you wish to still stay in touch with your friends here and not move to another Clan, then your status will be set to 'Retired', and you will still be able to access all of our regular Forums and CC - with a 'Retired' rank. (This will also apply to those who leave to join a pking clan that does not permit multi-clanning).If you are leaving to join another competitive (similar type) clan then your account status will be set to "Resigned", and you will have reduced permissions. You will have access to our public and RS related Forums, but not our clan specific forums. You will be allowed a 'friend' rank in our cc. In cases where Members move to other Clans we will consider this on an individual basis, applying restrictions on permissions where we feel appropriate, but this will be our stock policy. Another Clan does not class as a Player Killing or Pest Control Clan; but another Clan with the same purpose as ourselves, a Clan which doesn't allow you to be in DFTD at the same time, with the exception of pking Clans. |

Item LoaningAs members of this clan, you are NOT required to lend out items to other members. So please do not harrass other members asking them for item loans all of the time. If they've said no, please respect that.BeggingWe'd like to avoid begging within the clan because it can become an annoyance. We're all for clan members helping each other out but there's a difference between that and begging so please avoid begging.Blessing other Members' GravestonesIf a member dies then we would expect other clan members (if they are able to) to blesss the member's grave to allow them to return to collect their things. Not blessing another members' grave (if you can) is not deemed acceptable and not within the spirit the Clan and the Clan Leadership reserve the right to issue warnings and even ban a member. Also, members have the right to bless any gravestones they wish to do so (even non clan members) so please do not flame clan members if they choose to bless the gravestones of non clan members. Killing/Turning on other Clan MembersKilling other Clan Members during events such as KBD where the journey to KBD is dangerous is totally unacceptable and action will be taken against any member who kills another clan member in this way. If the event involves killing other members such as Duel Arena Events then it's obviously fine as that is the purpose of the event, but turning on a fellow Clan Member will not in anyway be tolerated. |
